Can I make my listing(s) anonymous? How?
Yes.
If you're a new user, you select "Yes" to "Hide your info?" on the Registration page.
If you've already posted a listing, Sign into your account, then click on "Edit your info or password." The last questions on this page is "Hide your info?" Click Yes, then click the Save button on the bottom. It may take up to 20 minutes to show up in searches.
Choosing to make your listings anonymous displays this message on the listing's detail page: "The Owner prefers to remain private. Please use the form below to inquire about this listing." You will only receive e-mail leads from this listing through ListingLink itself.
How long does my listing last? Can I renew my listing after it expires?
After 21 days your listing will be removed from the site, but not deleted. You'll have the option to Sign In using your e-mail address plus password, and re-publish your listing from the My Listings page.
I wanted to edit my listing again before I published it. How do I do that?
Currently, we are unable to support this functionality. In future releases of ListingLink this will definitely exist. Until then, go ahead and publish your listing. Then click on the "Edit listing" link on the My Listings page.
How do people get in touch with me?
If you make your name and telephone number viewable to the public, ListingLink'ers will be able to call you and also email you through ListingLink. Otherwise, if you make your listing anonymous, viewers will only be able to contact you via e-mail, which will come from ListingLink.com.
My listing was unapproved. What does that mean?
That means that you either used inappropriate language or photos in your listing, violating our Equal Housing Opportunity policy or Terms of Use. Or your listing was just bogus and we thought it degraded the site.
How do I edit my photos?
If you have already posted a listing, but want to edit its photos, you'll need to click the "Edit listing" link on the My Listings page. You'll be taken to the "About Your Property" page. Click "Next" on the bottom. Now you're on the Preview page. On the left, click "Add Photos," under the Publish button. From there, you can add captions, and add and delete photos.
